6. Trademarks. “Civic”, the Civic logo and any other Civic product or service names, logos or slogans that may appear on the Services, are trademarks of Civic and may not be fully or partially copied, imitated or used without our prior written permission. Without our prior written permission, you may not use meta tags or other “hidden text” using Civic Technologies or other Civic names, trademarks, or product or service names. You acknowledge that this name and trademarks are famous and internationally known. You will not at any time, or for any reason, contest Civic`s validity or ownership of the above names and trademarks, and you waive at any time any right to which you have the right. Any use of the civic name, logo and marks by you benefits Civic exclusively. In addition, the appearance of the Services, including all pages, custom graphics, button symbols, and scripts, represents Civic`s service mark, trademark, or commercial display and may not be fully or partially copied, imitated, or used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned in the Services are the property of their respective owners and may not be fully or partially copied, imitated or used without the permission of the trademark owner. References to products, services, processes or other information by names, brands, manufacturers, suppliers or otherwise do not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Civic. Returns an object containing xprv and xpub for the new string. The keychain created is not known to the BitGo service. To use it with the BitGo service, use Api Keychains.Add.

5.4 By choosing to share User Content with other users of the Services, you grant such users a non-exclusive license to access and use such Content only in connection with the functionality of the Services you wish to use. You also acknowledge and agree that Civic is not responsible for the actions of other users or third parties who use the User Content you share with them through the Services. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that all future products, services, features and functionality (“New Products”) that Civic offers to you and other users are subject to this grant of a non-exclusive license to access and use the User Content. With respect to these new products, Civic is not responsible for the actions of other users or third parties who use the User Content you share with such other users or third parties on the Services. The service does not send or receive money. As a Bitcoin wallet, the service allows you to interface with the Bitcoin network to view and transmit information about a public cryptographic key commonly referred to as a Bitcoin address – sometimes referred to as a “Bitcoin account”. To transmit information via a Bitcoin account to the Bitcoin network, the private keys corresponding to the Bitcoin account are required. The service requires three private cryptographic keys to be linked to each Bitcoin account, and BitGo controls only one of those private keys. Two of the three private keys connected to a Bitcoin wallet are required to “transfer” bitcoin from a Bitcoin account (i.e. separate bitcoin from one Bitcoin wallet and link bitcoin to another Bitcoin wallet). Once the Bitcoin network detects and validates the information you send from the service, the information is transmitted to other people and companies on the Bitcoin network and the service cannot be used by you to cancel or cancel Bitcoin transactions…
